sux6s Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

This document details all the terms governing the use of the sux6s platform, including accounts, bonuses, deposits & withdrawals, and responsible gaming.

By accessing or using the sux6s platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and sux6s. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any interpretation or dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Core Terms

1 General Terms

sux6s is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The following general terms must be followed in order to use the platform:

  • Users must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Each individual may hold only one account.
  • All information provided must be complete and accurate.
  • The platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • It is each user's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on sux6s, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:

  • A valid mobile number and password must be provided.
  • Keeping the password secure and confidential is the user's own responsibility.
  • Sharing an account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
  • If any information provided at registration changes, sux6s support must be notified immediately.
  • In the case of suspicious activity, sux6s may request identity verification.
The sux6s platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information secure.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on the sux6s platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The terms for transactions are as follows:

  • Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳300 minimum for each method.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using only the account holder's own mobile banking number — transactions through third parties are not accepted.
  • The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled before initiating a withdrawal.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, sux6s reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions across all methods are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following bonus offers currently apply on sux6s. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with the associated terms:

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement:

  • The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
  • For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonuses can only be earned from real money deposits — no further bonuses can be earned from bonus funds.
sux6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, sux6s's decision will be considered final.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the sux6s platform are operated fairly and transparently. Software from game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) is used, which employs audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

  • The outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.
  • If a technical error causes an abnormal result, sux6s reserves the right to void that round.
  • If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the saved data.
  • In cricket or other sports betting, the markets and odds displayed by sux6s are final; in the event of any dispute, sux6s's decision applies.
sux6s believes in "Fair Play". If evidence of cheating in any game is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the sux6s platform and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Abusing bonus benefits or completing wagering in a fraudulent manner.
  • Using any automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play.
  • Conducting transactions using a third party's account or identity.
  • Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's security.
  • Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward other users.
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

sux6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Involvement in illegal transactions.

Users may also request account closure at any time through sux6s support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the registered method, provided no violation of the rules has occurred.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

sux6s handles your personal information with the highest level of security. The complete policy on data collection and use is described in detail on the Privacy Policy page. The key principles are:

  • Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
  • Information may be used to improve platform operations and to provide services.
  • If sux6s is legally required to provide information to authorities to fulfil a legal obligation, it is bound to do so.
  • All transactions and communications are kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

sux6s supports recreational gaming and is aware of the risks of problem gambling. Users are encouraged to keep the following in mind:

  • If loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or platforms.
  • If the service is temporarily disrupted as a result of an unexpected technical error or server downtime.
  • If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence or use of an insecure password.

11 Amendments to Terms
